The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) is the leading peer-directed national organization focusing on the two most prevalent mental health conditions, depression and bipolar disorder, which affect more than 21 million Americans.

Depression and bipolar disorder can be isolating illnesses. A DBSA support group can help you connect with others who have been there as well. Visit a DBSA support group and get the support that is essential to recovery.

At the DBSA Pasadena support group meetings people share experiences, personal feelings, information, and strategies for living successfully with a mood disorder.

Our free support group meets two nights each week:

Tuesday         7:00pm to 9:00pm

Thursday        7:00pm to 9:00pm
